1. The nail part of our ear tag is made by PC material (Polycarbonate), which is of extremely high hardness and tenacity. This ensures the fast transfixion through animal's ear.

2. Also, the nail part of our ear tag has anti-microbial coating, which will not cause any infection.

3. Many other suppliers of animal ear tag mostly use PE material, but PE is relatively of less hardness. So, they apply copper alloy or aluminium alloy to the forepart of the ear tag nail. Actually, metal is easier to get oxidized and corroded, which would cause wound infection and heavy metal residue.

4. PC material costs more than PE. But PC is overqualified of hardness and tenacity. And most importantly, PC has better biological nature. For example: non-oxidization, non-corrosion, no worry about the ear wound infection and heavy metal residue.
